What does not fit together here?! RIGHT Good appearance + poor nutrition. If you really think that models get their radiant glowing skin and sexy ass through cheating with fast food, I have to wake you up today. There is a lot of sport behind it and the renunciation of Sugar, alcohol, gluten and milk. These foods weaken our intestinal flora, which means that the intestines can no longer draw enough nutrients from the food, inflammations develop, which become noticeable in the form of pimples and spots and accelerate the aging of the skin. The body simply lacks the building material to create new skin cells every four to six weeks😓😓😓: Protein that firms the skin, unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. from fish and vegetable oil) that make it supple, vitamins that repair damage, and water that keeps it firm.
Of course, not every line on our faces, every pimple or stain can be explained by a poor diet alone: Our genes, facial expressions, UV radiation and bad habits such as smoking or little sleep also influence our skin. The wrinkles and changes become much stronger if you eat the wrong food. If you don't have to cheat, don't. But if you do, please use the high-quality variant and as rarely as possible. Because forcing yourself NOT to do something is also not right, only causes stress and again unnecessary wrinkles ;) A vicious circle! Happy Wednesday everyone! 💋
